UPP Liquids is a brewer-owned brewery and restaurant in Bend, Oregon, in the Box Factory. Here at UPP, we make award-winning small-batch beer with unique profiles and serve flavorful food from our from-scratch kitchen. Our world class brewing team features Tonya Cornett (voted Best Brewer in Bend at the Great American Beer Festival along with many other Best Brewer Awards over the years), and the previous 10 Barrel innovation crew: Ian Larkin, Ben Shirley and Jose Ruiz. Together, they love creating handcrafted beer that showcases the fun and flavor of Bend.

How did UPP Liquids win the “Best Brewery and Brewer of 2025” Award out of all of the breweries in Bend? Our beer won 2 Gold Medals, 2 Silver Medals and a Bronze Medal at the Great American Beer Festival 2025 for their unique flavor profiles. Starting as Immersion Brewing and evolving into UPP Liquids, we have been brewing beer in Bend, Oregon since 2016. Today, every pint served at our Bend Brewery is brewed with decades of experience by Brewmaster Tonya Cornett and her team. Tonya’s beers have received numerous medals at the Brewers Association’s (BA) GABF and World Beer Cup.
